I have been going to see DR. Flores for several years. He has always been good natured, and caring about your comfort. Today while working on me I felt a little pain he immediatelly noticed my reaction, stopped asked about it, and gave me little more numbing agent and told me a funny story about his first tooth extraction in Dental school, while the numbing agent took affect. GOTTA LOVE them!

I woke up in pain from a broken tooth, called the after hours number crying. Missy answered and was so sweet and calmed me down. She had me show up at 8 and ask for Tish, who was also very sweet and ready for me as soon as I got there. Then I was taken back to the room and Kitty was the dental assistant helping me, she made me feel so comfortable and was so helpful throughout the examination process, and again, she was another sweet smiling face. Then Dr. Flores came in and went over my options and just put me at ease, because let’s face it going to the dentist can be scary! After my experience today, I would highly recommend this practice and this team to anyone who asks.

Such an easy place to visit. Patient care is world class from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave. Sabrina is such a wonderful hygienist and helpful with great tips on tooth health and care. Teacher really! I highly recommend this dental practice! To add, they care about your wallet and offer options, not just the most expensive option. Love this dental practice.

The great staff at American's Family Dental, all so personable and helpful. Going to the dentist is usually not pleasant, but I look forward to seeing Dr Flores and the rest of the staff.
My Initial visit was on 12/8 with this Dental office and the front desk was very accommodating. Cheryl, the hygienist, performed the X-rays and cleaning procedure flawlessly with absolutely no discomfort. She offered great advice and recommendations for treatment and care. Dr. Flores was able to offer a maintenance plan to address some issues and an orthodontic plan that will definitely solve some long-term issues. Looking forward to my next visit in March 2024.
The most professional dental office that I have ever visited, Clean and very updated. The cleanings are always thorough but painless Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Trish and Missy are the Best along with the rest of the team.

If you have a fear of going to the dentist, you can put your fears to rest. My brother had an emergency situation with broken teeth that became infected. They worked him in, even though he had never been there before. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure you are at ease and that you feel no pain, and their prices are reasonable. My brother has gone to them a few times now, and it's always the same. They were recommended by a friend of mine, and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!
Our 8 year old son likes (!) going to the dentist. He gets fun prizes from a big dispenser, he watches his favorite movies there. Miss Kitty makes it fun when she explains everything about what to expect. We cannot be more thankful!

Best dental experience you can have. Every person there is great and treats you well. Price break downs are provided and Dr. Flores is knowledgeable and experienced and takes the time to explain what is happening and all available options. Ms. Angela is great and super helpful, making sure it's not a stressful experience and keeps the blood pressure low. Treated well here.

Hands down the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. The people who work here care, it’s obvious. It’s easy and I can honestly say painless. The vibrating mouth device, before the shot…is genius. Both my husband and I came in with a whole mouth of issues and they walked us through all the details being very transparent as well as informing on costs along the way. We have started using their ortho side which I know will be just as fun and easy. I appreciate these people and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Great experience. Friendly staff, great doctor. Kept asking me if I felt any pain or discomfort and would stop to solve the issue if I did. Was not expecting my issue to be resolved same day but they did. If you are like me and have been hesitant to visit a dentist due to bad past experiences with order dentist, please visit America's family dental, they are not like the others.

I’m fairly new to this office and by far I can say this has been the best dental experience I’ve had. To date, I’ve had two cleanings with hygienist Matt and I was in and out. Quality cleanings, very welcoming and SUPER professional during my visits! 10/10 would recommend this place as a lifetime dental office and Matt as a hygienist!

Dr Flores and Crystal were great. Went in for a root canal and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and gentle they were. Was in and out with a temporary in under an hour and a half. Crystal made sure I was comfortable and explained everything along the way.

I had my teeth cleaned today by Cheryl who was assisted by Jessie, both were great and listened to my concerns about the care I needed. I have been using America's Family Dental on Rayford road for years. Missy and everybody behind the front desk are all wonderful here and really work with you, and give you options about aligning your budget and the treatment plan which works best for you. Dr. Flores has been great when I have to see him also, he is really busy but always has taken the time to explain your options and listen to all your questions. Rayford road has no shortage of dentist offices but why not choose the best one if you need one! Thanks

I have had many great dentists in my life, and Dr. Diego Flores is the best. His work ethic, friendly demeanor, no-nonsense recommendations, technology and quality is top-notch and pricing is extremely reasonable. He does everything in-house, so no outside time-consuming referrals are needed. Before Dr. Flores, I had heard horror stories of complications and cost of dental implants, but I’m on my third with him with no issues at all. Finally, his staff and clinical assistants are courteous and professional, including Tish and Angela. Thank you for your excellent service and for improving my dental health!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Flores and the staff at America's Family Dental since 2013 and we have had nothing but positive experiences. We really love the whole staff and can't say enough nice things about them. Very friendly, caring and efficient. And they have all been there for years which is another great sign. They really are a family. The location is great and the office is super clean and inviting as well! I just started my Invisalign treatment with them last week and am so excited.
My entire family has been patients of Dr. Flores for more than 10 years now and I must testify that the professionalism of the entire staff is unmeasurable when compared to others Dental clinics. They address you by your last name (I love that) whenever you call or walk in, there is no long wait before you are seen, and the hygienist are very knowledgeable and detail on their treatment. They are truly America’s Family Dental Clinic and second to none.
My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Flores for almost 8 years. I have always hated the dentist, my blood pressure gets high, I get sick to my stomach, it’s just not pleasant. Dr. Flores and his team do everything possible to provide a relaxing & painless visit. I’m not sure of his hiring process but all of his staff is kind and personable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.

Wow reading the VERY few negative reviews cracks me up on the Karens of the world. If you are nervous, have anxiety, then this is the place for you. Dr. Flores and his staff is the first Dentist i have ever been to in 48 years that truly made me feel comfortable talking with! I had so much anxiety leading up to my full mouth extraction and implants but The team and Dr Flores have been awsome through all of it. I am 12 days post extraction and have walked in 5 times without an appointment for adjustments for my temps and never waited more then 5 mins to go right back. They really make you feel like family.

Today was my first time at this office. The staff was so friendly and professional. They have state of the art equipment. The office was extremely clean. At the end Dr. Flores came and discussed any issues with my teeth. He is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I will definitely be returning.

I've never been afraid of going to the dentist until I had a horrible experience. One that I'll never forget. I had to find a dentist and I am terrified now. We are a family of six and have been going to America’s Family 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 since moving here in 2008. Missy, the office manager, knows how to be fun and professional. She is great at going to bat with dental insurance companies as well. The office team and hygienists are friendly. They have a selection of movies for all ages to take your mind off the process of what they need to accomplish. Our youngest daughter loved Dr. Gosnell’s sense of humor at the Tomball location. He put her at ease for wisdom teeth extraction. That was not an easy task!
I have been a patient here for many years. Staff is great and the dentist is awesome. I highly recommend this place for all your dental needs!

Dr Flores and the staff have been great. Very professional and flexible. Great with both kids and adults and are very accommodating for personal preference requests. The Tomball office also did a great job with my sons wisdom teeth extraction.

Dr. Flores and his staff are very caring and attentive when it comes to taking care of their patients. I had a cleaning done and explained to the assistant that i get very anxious during any dentist treatment and she was constantly making sure i was comfortable. I would definitely recommend!!
Dr Diego Flores and his staff are incredible. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of fear and embarrassment but the ladies in the office made me feel very comfortable and calm! Dr Flores has quickly turned my most dreaded and feared appointments into wonderful results.

This was my first time at America's Family Dental. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very positive and helpful. It made the whole experience a breeze. Dr. Flores was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend.
I always love coming, everyone is so nice. Been going for two years now and they are so helpful. Let me know what I need to do for my dental health and dont make me feel bad when I forget to floss. You get to pick movies to watch and free nitrous if you're scared for fillings!
Oh my goodness , I am the biggest chicken in the world when it comes to going to the dentist , and unfortunately I’ve always had issues with my teeth . Finding this office was an enormous blessing in so many ways . They are professional ,gentle , kind , fun and incredibly patient ! I do not do well with pain and I can honestly say that my experiences here regarding pain in anyway is nothing compared to previous establishments. The staff and dentists are amazing , I actually look forward to coming , sometimes ! If you have to go to the dentist and we all do , this ya the only place I will go!

I am a Leo. I believe in the truth Finding the perfect dentist is the secret to a good life. American Family Dental is superior because you forget you are at the dentist. No pain. The dentist, Dr. Flores and his assistant, Kitty, are prefect. Dr. Flores is always happy and Kitty keeps me calm and laughing because I can be a difficult patient. After going here for five years, I have had crowns, and two extractions and two bridges All done with no pain whatsoever. Why so much? Because in my YOUTH I did like so many of you skip the dentist. Sakina does the cleaning and constantly reminds me of keeping my appointments, The front desk with Kyle who gives out the treatment plans which fully explain the charges. Her job is hard because patients know our teeth are important but we still get mad, but she remains calm with a smile. My review is long. I am a retired teacher and I love to help people like I helped my students. This dentist office located in a secure part of Sp-ring with lots of parking and convenient access to -45. In addition, Dr. Flores and his staff will take the time to give you other health information that may be related to your dental problem. He has such positive energy that reflects how his office runs. Emergencies are handled immediately. Missy and Lorraine handle the insurance claims. That is important. They mak,e sure the insurance is processing the claims ithat is fair to their patients. n One of the main reasons I return to American Family Dental. Texas is so big with so many different insurance companies. Takes two full time employees to handled this job., American Family Dental is worth every dime I pay.

I went to just get two problem teeth pulled and I ended up getting 4 pulled. I have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist. I honestly didn’t feel it when they pulled my teeth. They were so nice and very affordable. They didn’t up-charge me or add on extra costs in the end. They even called me today to see how I am feeling and give me their cell phone number if I need anything. I will be going back for sure.
I 100% recommend this dental practice!!!! During a recent trip to visit family in the woodlands i developed an abscess in my mouth. On my way to urgent care I stumbled upon America's Family Dental and I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. All the staff was courteous and professional and very caring, from the front desk to Kitty, Ashley and Dr Flores. They took the time to verify insurance, answer all my questions and put me at ease the whole time. I would entrust all my family and friends in their caring and gentle hands:-)

Dr Gosnell is very friendly, thorough and competent. My family has grown up in his office and we’ve always been pleased with his staff and his dental technique. If you are afraid of having a shot in your mouth, don’t be because he is the most pain free dentist we’ve had. Still afraid then ask for Nitrous Oxide and you’ll be sleepy and feel no pain. No pressure to do anything I didn't need. Truly the best experience at a dentist's office I've ever had in my life. Dr Flores and his staff were all excellent and friendly. I’ve been going here to Dr. Flores for about 8-10 years. He is thorough, has the best interest for each patient. The whole staff is friendly, expedient. I never have to wait long and leave having gotten great care.
I am so grateful and appreciative for the caring staff and professional dentist and others where I have been blessed to have work on my teeth for the past two years. The entire staff made me feel so welcoming like they were part of my family and really cared about my health. I hadn't been to the dentist in longer than I like to admit. After reading the reviews, I decided to give AFD a shot. From the very beginning my experience was very pleasant. I didn't ever feel shamed or looked down upon for not visiting in ages, though I was very self-conscious. Every detail was discussed financially with tact before any decisions were made. I respected the openness and care. The work was top notch and my experience was overall very positive. Everyone was friendly. I can't say the same for the last dentist I visited. If you want a pleasant experience where you're treated with respect and care, I recommend AFD.
I came from Cypress to see Dr. Flores specifically after researching the best dentists for veneers. I’m so glad I found him, the girls in the office are an added bonus! They all have beautiful smiles with veneers, and Dr. Flores did them all. They made me feel so comfortable and confident about this expensive procedure. Angela is the absolute best, she has AWESOME energy. Dr. Flores is very knowledgeable and professional. Above all else, I appreciated his transparency and straightforward demeanor. Anyone who is considering getting veneers has to come see these guys first. I wasn’t asked or promised any type of discount to write this review, I just wanted to share my awesome experience in hopes that this will help someone who’s about to make this investment. I hated the dentist, due to every dentist I've been to is very rough and is painful. Since I've been going to Dr. Flores (2013), everything has been smooth and easy. Never feel any pain. Rates are not very high. Definitely recommend him to anyone.
They always have exceptional customer service! The office and dental rooms are clean and high tech! I enjoy watching my movie every time! They have a very large movie selection as well.
I started seeing Dr. Flores many years ago, but when I moved to the inner city, found a dentist closer to home. What a mistake! I have since decided to come back to see him and the fabulous ladies in the office, even though it's a 45 min drive to see them. My first time nack after several years, I noticed that all the same staff was there from years ago - that speaks a million to the environment they have for the staff to still be there. Everyone is always so welcoming and accommodating, and remembers each patient like they are your best friend catching up. I never feel uneasy coming in, and know they always have my best interest in mind and will explain everything with complete and open honesty.

I had my teeth cleaned by dental hygienist Jessica and examined by Dr. Flores. Jessica was very thorough on the cleaning and did her job professionally. Afterwards Dr. Flores examined my teeth and while looking at the x-ray dental assistant Tish performed found I had a severe sinus infection. Thank you Dr. Flores, Jessica and the whole dental office team for taking the time to make me comfortable and for doing a thorough examination. I highly recommend this location.

Dr Flores is one of the most patient dentist I have ever seen. No matter how busy he was he always gave me his full attention. His staff is awesome and quite entertaining. I laughed at every visit. We all need to laugh at a dentist visit !!!! Jill was right by my side through my implant process, always assuring me it was going to be great in the end. She was right !! Missy, the office manager well, she's a story all her own. Lol I always felt at ease. Everyone was professional but at the same time made you feel like their friend.
